An osteoporosis diagnosis can change how you think about your bones and your future. If you’ve been searching for natural osteoporosis treatment, you may be looking for ways to support your bone health alongside the care your doctor recommends. At OsteoStrong Spring Branch, our team will take the time to understand your goals, explain our program, and help you decide whether it’s a good fit for you.
HOW IT WORKS
Our Approach to Osteoporosis & Osteopenia Treatment
OsteoStrong Spring Branch centers its weekly sessions on osteogenic loading: applying controlled force through the skeletal system using specialized Growth Trigger equipment. A coach guides you through four positions, each designed to load a different area of the body:
-
Lower Growth Trigger: A seated leg-press position that loads through the hips and femurs.
-
Upper Growth Trigger: An upper-body press that loads through the arms and shoulders.
-
Core Growth Trigger: A position focused on loading through the spine and core.
-
Postural Growth Trigger: An upright position that loads through the body’s postural chain.
Each device records your force output, giving you and your coach a way to track your performance from session to session. The circuit takes about 15 minutes once a week. If you have osteoporosis or osteopenia, speak with your healthcare provider about whether osteogenic loading is appropriate alongside your care plan.

WHO WE HELP
Osteoporosis Support for Members at Every Stage of Their Bone Health Journey
There’s no single starting point for caring for your bones. At OsteoStrong Spring Branch, members explore osteogenic loading at different stages of their osteoporosis care:
-
After a new diagnosis: A bone density scan may leave you with questions about what activities are right for you. Our coaches can explain what an OsteoStrong session involves so you can discuss it with your healthcare provider.
-
While following a treatment plan: You may already be taking medication, exercising, or making changes to your nutrition. OsteoStrong offers a coached activity you can consider alongside the plan your provider recommends.
-
After a fracture: Recovery comes first. Once your healthcare team clears you for physical activity, you can ask whether osteogenic loading is appropriate for you.
Your healthcare provider guides your treatment decisions; our Spring Branch team helps you understand the program and what to expect from a session.

How Does OsteoStrong Help with Osteoporosis?
OsteoStrong offers guided osteogenic loading to support skeletal strength alongside an osteoporosis care plan. At the Spring Branch center, a coach guides you through four devices that apply controlled force through your bones. Each session takes about 15 minutes, and the devices measure your force output so you can track your progress over time.
Bones respond to physical loading, but results vary, and research has not established that OsteoStrong reliably increases bone density for everyone with osteoporosis. It does not replace care recommended by your doctor. If you have osteoporosis or a prior fracture, ask your healthcare provider whether this type of loading is appropriate for you.
How Long Does an OsteoStrong Spring Branch Session Take?
An OsteoStrong Houston - Spring Branch session takes about 15 minutes, typically once a week. A coach guides you through the four Growth Trigger devices and records your force output so you can track your progress over time.
Does Health Insurance Cover OsteoStrong Sessions?
OsteoStrong Spring Branch does not accept or bill health insurance. Depending on your plan, you may be able to use HSA or FSA funds or request reimbursement through a Medicare Advantage plan. Check with your healthcare plan administrator to confirm eligibility before enrolling.

How Long Does it Take for OsteoStrong To Work?
The length of time it takes for OsteoStrong to work depends on the result you’re looking for. Some members report feeling stronger or steadier after 6 to 12 weekly sessions. Bone density changes take longer to assess and may not be apparent on a DXA scan for a year or more. Results vary, and an increase in bone density is not guaranteed.
