How compression therapy works
Normatec compression uses dynamic air pressure through specialized sleeves that rhythmically inflate and deflate, mimicking the body's natural muscle pump. The pattern moves sequentially up the limb.
By supporting blood flow and lymphatic drainage, compression helps deliver oxygen and nutrients to the muscles while assisting the body's clearance of metabolic byproducts — which is associated with reduced soreness and swelling.

Musculoskeletal and lymphatic support
Regular use supports joint mobility, muscle repair, and circulation. It's particularly useful for adults working to maintain muscle and joint health, reduce stiffness, and stay comfortable through daily activity.
Members most often use it after the osteogenic loading circuit, when the legs have just done the heaviest loading of the session.
What a session is like
Sit back in a chair, while a coach fits the sleeves over the legs or arms. From there it's entirely passive — the sleeves inflate and release in cycles, moving up the limb and back down again. Most members describe it as a firm, rhythmic squeeze. Pressure is adjustable.
